Right of withdrawal for consumers
Consumers have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the conclusion of the contract, without giving reasons. The withdrawal is to be addressed to:

Exception: For services (kite and wingfoil courses, private tuition, equipment rental) provided on a specific date or within a fixed period, the right of withdrawal lapses early if you expressly agree that we begin the service before the end of the withdrawal period and the service has been provided in full.
Cancellation & rebooking by you
- Free cancellation or rebooking up to 7 days before the start of the course — the deposit (20%) will be refunded in full.
- Later cancellation or no-show: the 20% deposit will be retained as a flat-rate expense allowance.
- Rebooking subject to availability: once free of charge up to 7 days before the appointment.
Cancellation by the kiteschool due to weather
Kitesurfing depends on the wind. If the school cancels the session for safety or wind reasons, you can choose between free rebooking, a voucher, or a full refund of the deposit. If a started course is interrupted by the weather, only the time actually spent riding is charged (equipment rental: only time in the water).
Refunds
Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for the booking within 10 business days of cancellation or withdrawal.
